MOMS Survey
Before the season kicked-off, 500 Villans filled in the MOMS Survey to express their views on various supporter issues. We’ve already published supporter expectations of where Villa will finish this season and the chances of promotion. Now something more practical, what according to supporters the club should be serving at the kiosks around Villa Park – from the practical to the humourous.
Ok, we’re posting this mainly for the ‘LOL’ section at the end, but here’s a sample of what supporters said…
The Practical
Decent ale at all alcohol selling kiosks
Real Ale or draught Guinness
Proper beer and not that fizzy water
Desperados / Amstel / Red Bull / Buweiser (and others)
Rum
Veggie food & more healthy options
Healthier food options, being a diet controlled diabetic there is absolutely nothing I can eat at the ground
Something healthy and gluten free
Sandwiches or baguettes
Fish & chips
Doughnuts
Chips and curry sauce everywhere. A god send
Curry
Chinese food
Bovril
Baked Spuds
Beef jerky
More independent local food, rather then the same bland snacks
The Non-Food & Drink
More items for younger children, pocket money prices.
Atmosphere enhancers
Banners, flags, inflatables
Scarves, badges small items from club shop
Range of pin on and sow badges
Opinion
Nothing in particular but prices could be made reasonable for the average quality offered
Don’t buy anything because so ridiculously expensive
Not bothered what just make them more efficient to serve faster.
Too expensive in ground anyway, so generally don’t use.
Just wish they’d review prices. All too expensive
The selection is ok, the pricing needs reviewing
The LOL
Tranquillisers
Heroin
Blindfolds
Magic wands ala Harry Potter
Porno mags
Lump hammers and cut throat razors.
SOTC voodoo dolls
Flat caps
