Leon Bailey to Make First Villa Start
Well, so much for a quiet international break, as the the Argentine international fiasco certainly gave Dean Smith some cause for concern. But with Aston Villa missing both Emiliano Martinez and Emi Buendia due to their compromise arrangement with the Argentine FA, the good news is Smith will have a slate of newly available players to get the season fired-up for real.
Ollie Watkins and Leon Bailey are both expected to start, with the Jamaican making his first start for the club, as both John McGinn and Tyrone Mings will return to the fray too. Bertrand Traore and Morgan Sanson will potentially also be on the bench.
The MOMS Podcast gets back into full swing after the international break, with the latest Something For the Weekend, getting us up to speed on Villa matters before the Stamford Bridge clash against Chelsea.
