After the Premier League and broadcasters were almost a week late in their announcement, finally the football TV schedule changes was announced for December and January, ending a frustrating period for football fans, who have had their Christmas holiday plans to put on hold.
For instance, the delay hasn’t helped in terms of getting advance fair deals on trains over the hectic Christmas period.
We know Sky and Amazon don’t take Fans views into account but when it starts affecting Safety and Security someone need to start taking notice!

Probably the biggest pain for Villa fans is the New Year’s Day clash away at Burnley. It’ll be difficult enough to wake up in time to switch the TV on to watch the 12.30pm game, never mind actually making it up to Burnley, after a New Year’s Eve out on the town.

How to Watch Villa on Amazon Prime For Free
20 Premier League games will be live and exclusive on Amazon Prime Video during December. For the first time in the UK, all early December midweek games and all Boxing Day games will be shown, which will mirror more the broadcast offering of the NFL in the USA.
As you’ve seen above, if you don’t fancy an evening schlep back from Chelsea or battling Boxing Day public transport for the Norwich City game, you can watch them both on Amazon.
Current Prime members will be able to watch all the games, at no extra cost, on any device.
If you’re not a Prime Member yet, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial and then join Amazon Prime for £7.99 per month (or £79 for the year). Or indeed, just cancel after the 30 day period.
With the free next day delivery included in Prime membership, it’s very useful to have around Christmas time for shopping too.
Fixture Issues
If you have any problems with the fixture changes, whether it be travel difficulties or other inconveniences, please do flag them up and MOMS can pass them on to the Football Supporters Association, who are monitoring the issue of fixture changes.
