Well, we know the rumoured clubs already supposedly interested in Weimann: Norwich City (haha), Dortmund (because he speaks German?), Inter Milan (Weimann’s agent is coaxing Villa into more money), Liverpool and Spurs (blah, blah). Apparently, according to an anonymous tip-off to MOMS, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
MOMS HQ has received a recorded conversation between Andreas Weimann’s agent and a Sun newspaper reporter, where he discloses the full list of clubs that will be used for Weimann-related headlines for the remaining nine weeks of the football season. In short, they’ll be an Andi Weimann transfer rumour story every day to the end of the season.
Here’s the full list of clubs he’ll be associated with…just to save yourself some time reading the stories in the coming weeks.

Verdict
No decisions will be made in terms of Weimann’s contract until it’s known what division Aston Villa will be playing in next season. If Villa stay in the Premiership, Andi Weimann remains a Villa player. If Villa get relegated (then Weimann hasn’t done his job!) and he goes, then hopefully Weimann will end up abroad. Then, Villa fans at least don’t have to suffer watching another player Villa created and should have kept – ala Gary Cahill – going onto glory at a naff club.
Update
Villa stayed up. So come on Mr Weimann, commit pen-to-paper. UTV
* Venglos View is a satirical column, although we’re getting bored of this Weimann no-news reporting.

Apparently, Weimann is happy with new terms, just needs to return back to UK to sign.
