Villa Find a Survival Pulse
With games fast running out Aston Villa gave themselves a last chance saloon stab at Premier League survival after a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace. It was Villa’s first win since January, can they now record back-to-back wins and stay alive?
As well as discussing the events of the Palace game and the importance of the upcoming Everton game, we talk about Villa’s new record, Mile Jedinak’s retirement, the latest spate of Villa-related racism.
Outside of the Villaverse, we also look at Manchester City’s great escape, Wigan woe and next season’s TV scheduling.
N.B. This episode’s Overrated and Underrated section, will run in the upcoming Everton reaction show.
